A  member of CCQG and her family went on  a mission trip to Honduras this summer with the Presbytery of Tampa Bay . One item that was really appreciated by many people on her last visit there was the sewing kit. 

 

Donations  poured  forth from the CCQG members.

 

Boxes and boxes went to Honduras from New Tampa. 

 

Donated items included but were not limited to:

  • Items for crafts 

  • Bright colored yarn 

  • Colored tissue paper

  • Yellow, orange , white chenille stems / pipe cleaners

Items for sewing kits:

  • Spools of thread – especially white and navy or black

  • Needles for hand sewing

  • Small scissors

  • Safety pins

  • Misc. buttons
